Atisolve builds custom software, mobile applications and web platforms for businesses in Noida and Greater Noida. We work remotely on Indian business hours, which means direct contact with the developers on your project rather than a relationship routed through account management.
This page covers what we build, how a remote engagement runs in practice, and what to check about any development partner before committing money. Contact details are at the bottom.
Noida has an unusual density of software companies — the sectors here run from IT services and business process operations through media and broadcasting to electronics manufacturing. Anyone looking for a development partner in Noida will find hundreds within a few kilometres. The abundance is real; the difficulty is that it makes evaluation harder rather than easier.
When a hundred firms present broadly identical capability statements, price becomes the only visible difference, and price competition in a crowded market produces a predictable dynamic. Quotes come down, and what comes down with them is the part of the work nobody sees during a sales conversation: testing, documentation, error handling, security review, the operational scaffolding that decides whether a system stays up. The demo looks the same either way. The difference emerges in month eight.
We are not going to be the cheapest quote you receive in this market, and pretending otherwise would waste your time. What we would suggest instead is comparing quotes on what they actually include. Ask each firm what proportion of the estimate covers testing, what documentation you receive, who is on call after launch, and what happens to the price when requirements change. Quotes that look thirty per cent apart frequently turn out to be quoting for different work entirely.
This is advice you can apply to anyone you shortlist, including us. A partner who becomes evasive when asked what is excluded from an estimate has told you something useful.
Internal systems built around your process rather than around a product vendor's assumptions — workflow, approvals, scheduling, documentation and reporting.
Android and iOS apps together with the backend they depend on, built as one system rather than assembled from separate suppliers.
Customer, partner and vendor portals where users log in, transact and check status themselves instead of calling your team.
Connecting ERP, accounting, payment gateways, marketplaces and logistics partners so data is entered once and agrees across systems.
Removing the repetitive manual steps between systems — the reconciliations, re-entries and status updates that consume staff time without producing anything.
Deployment, monitoring, backups and recovery — the operational groundwork that determines whether a system stays available rather than merely launching.
We also provide SEO, generative engine optimisation, digital marketing, UI/UX design and ongoing maintenance.
Conversations about the problem before anyone estimates. We want to see the current process, including the workaround that everything now quietly depends on. Two or three sessions, unpaid.
A written breakdown of what will be built, sequenced and priced, with assumptions stated and exclusions listed explicitly rather than left to be discovered.
Working software every two weeks, starting with the most painful area. Seeing something real changes what people ask for, and changing direction early costs a fraction of changing it late.
A demonstration each increment and agreement on what comes next. Changes are priced and scheduled openly rather than absorbed until the deadline moves without explanation.
Deployment, data migration, training and a period of close monitoring, because live users find what testing does not.
An ongoing retainer or a documented handover to your own team. We do not make the handover option deliberately painful.
A shared channel with the developers on it rather than a ticket queue, and written weekly summaries whether the week went well or badly. Same time zone, so questions get answered the same day. Where in-person meetings genuinely matter we travel — Noida is straightforward to reach and we do not treat that as an imposition.
Service companies needing internal delivery tracking, utilisation reporting and client-facing dashboards that their own teams cannot be spared to build.
Production and news operations managing assets, schedules, rights and approvals across concurrent output.
Assembly operations tracking work orders, testing, inventory and dispatch across short product cycles.
Institutions and training businesses running admissions, attendance, assessment and fee collection across systems that do not interoperate.
Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic chains joining up records, appointments, billing and report delivery.
Developers and brokerages tracking inventory, bookings, payment schedules and channel partner commissions across projects.
A large number of Noida businesses do not sell in Noida. They sell into Delhi, across the NCR, and increasingly to customers nationally through marketplaces and direct channels, while their operations, warehousing and staff sit here because the economics are better. That split between where the work happens and where the customers are shapes what their software has to do.
In practice it means the systems that matter most are the ones spanning that gap. Order capture that works whether a customer arrives through a marketplace, a dealer or a salesperson's phone, and lands in one place rather than three. Dispatch that accounts for the fact that a Delhi delivery, an NCR delivery and an outstation shipment have different costs, timelines and failure modes. Returns handling, which most businesses design last and which then generates the majority of their customer service load.
It also means integration matters more here than raw functionality. A business selling across three marketplaces, a website and a dealer network usually does not need a better order screen; it needs those five channels writing into a single stock position that is accurate enough to sell against. That work is unglamorous, rarely features in a sales demo, and is almost always where the return actually is.
The measure worth applying is how long it takes you to answer a customer asking where their order is. If answering requires opening three systems and telephoning the warehouse, the problem is not that your staff are slow — it is that the information was never joined up. Fixing that generally costs less than the customer service headcount it replaces, and unlike headcount it does not need to be retrained every time somebody leaves the company.
If the lowest quote is the deciding factor, you will find lower in this market and you should take it with clear eyes. If you need thirty developers next quarter, a larger services firm is better structured for that. If you need people physically in your office daily, hire locally — there is no shortage here.
We quote per project rather than publishing a rate card. Our estimates state their assumptions and their exclusions, so that a comparison against another quote is a comparison of like with like.

No. We are a remote-first team serving clients across India and prefer to say so plainly. We work Indian business hours and travel for meetings that genuinely need to happen in person. Given how many development firms have offices in Noida, if a local presence is a firm requirement you have plenty of alternatives and should use them.
Sometimes you should not, and that is a reasonable conclusion. The case for us is direct access to the people writing the code, estimates that state what is excluded, and code you own outright on infrastructure you control. If a local firm offers the same and is cheaper, take the local firm. What we would advise against is choosing purely on price without establishing what each quote actually covers.
Usually because they are quoting for different work. The cheapest quotes commonly exclude testing, documentation, deployment, data migration, training and post-launch support — none of which are visible in a demo but all of which you will need. Take the lowest and highest quotes and ask both firms the same specific questions about what is included. The range typically narrows considerably.
The market range here is unusually wide, which is exactly why a single figure would mislead. What matters more than the number is what it covers. We give written estimates with assumptions and exclusions stated, so that you can compare them meaningfully against anything else you are considering.
You do, in full, written into the contract — source, deployment configuration and documentation. Wherever possible we deploy into your own cloud account so the infrastructure is yours as well. You should always be able to take everything to another team and continue.
Often, yes. We would begin with a paid assessment — typically one to two weeks — to read the existing system, document how it actually works and give you an honest view of its condition and what continuing would involve. Be cautious of any firm that recommends a full rebuild before reading the code; that is frequently the easier path for them rather than the cheaper one for you.
Yes. Sometimes we take a self-contained module while your team handles the core product; sometimes we supply specific expertise. Agreeing the boundary and the review process up front matters more than any technical decision, because uncertainty about who owns what causes most of the friction.
They usually do. We price and schedule changes openly rather than absorbing them silently until the timeline moves. Watch for firms that accept every change without adjusting cost or schedule — the adjustment is happening regardless, just without being told to you.
Yes, routinely, usually before the first detailed conversation. If your product or data is sensitive, raise it at the outset and we will complete the paperwork before you share anything.
Call +91 91082 92463 or email atisolve@gmail.com with a description of the problem. We will propose a discovery conversation, free and without obligation. If we are not the right partner, we will tell you so directly.
