Thank you for visiting www.atisolve.com, a brand of Dharmsy Innovation Pvt Ltd (“Atisolve”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how it is stored and shared, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.
We have written this to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every possibility. If our practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
The only personal information this website asks for is what you enter into our contact form. That form collects:
You decide what to include. Please do not send confidential technical details, credentials, or personal information about other people through the contact form; if we need that material during a project, we will agree a secure way to exchange it.
This website does not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
Two things are recorded automatically. Our blog counts how many times each article has been viewed; this is a single number per article and is not linked to any individual. Separately, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, as part of operating and securing the service. Those logs are used for reliability and security, not marketing.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you are an administrator and sign in to the content dashboard, your browser stores a session token locally so you stay signed in; that token is removed when you sign out.
We do not send marketing email to people who have only submitted a contact form. If we ever introduce a mailing list, joining will be an explicit, separate choice and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.
Website content and enquiry records are stored in a managed MongoDB Atlas database. Files uploaded through our content dashboard — images used on this site — are stored in Amazon Web Services S3 and served through Amazon CloudFront. Enquiry emails are delivered through a third-party email service. These providers process data on our instructions and under their own security obligations.
Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside India. Where information is transferred internationally, it is done to deliver the service you contacted us about, and we rely on providers that offer contractual protections for the data they process on our behalf.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only in these situations:
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and are deleted when they are not. Records relating to clients and projects are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and limitation periods require. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
We protect information with measures proportionate to its sensitivity: encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, access controls on the content dashboard, restricted administrative accounts, and managed infrastructure that receives security updates. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information, we will act to contain it and notify affected people and authorities where the law requires.
You may ask us to:
Email us at atisolve@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose information to the wrong person.
This website offers business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our pages sometimes link to other websites — for example our profiles on LinkedIn or Instagram. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, and this policy does not apply to them. Please read their own privacy notices.
We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect. Significant changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated directly where we hold contact details for you.
