Atisolve builds custom software, mobile applications and web platforms for businesses in Lucknow and across Uttar Pradesh. We are a registered Indian business (UDYAM-UP-30-0056246) working remotely on Indian business hours, which means you deal with the developers building your system rather than with an intermediary.
Below: what we build, how a remote engagement runs, and what to establish about any development partner before money changes hands. Contact details are at the bottom.
Lucknow's economy is built on government and public institutions, education, healthcare, trading and a long-established handicrafts and textile export trade. What distinguishes software projects here from those in Bengaluru or Pune is not ambition or budget. It is that for a great many businesses, this is the first serious system they have ever commissioned.
That changes what a good partner has to do. A company on its fifth system knows how to write requirements, knows what questions to ask, and knows from experience where projects go wrong. A company on its first has none of that, and a development firm can exploit the gap without ever doing anything that looks dishonest — by accepting a vague brief without questioning it, by quoting for what was asked rather than what is needed, and by delivering exactly what was specified when everyone involved knew the specification was incomplete.
We try to work the other way, which sometimes means being unhelpful in the short term. If your brief has a gap, we will point at it before quoting rather than pricing around it. If what you are describing would be better solved by configuring an existing product for a fraction of the cost, we will say so and lose the work. If the project is genuinely not ready — because a decision has not been made that the software depends on — we will tell you to make the decision first.
None of that is generosity. A first system that disappoints makes the business reluctant to try again for years, and that is a worse outcome for us than not winning the project.
Internal systems built around how the business actually runs — orders, stock, approvals, scheduling and the reporting that shows what is really happening.
The operational core for trading and distribution businesses: purchases, stock across locations, dispatch, returns and reconciliation.
Android and iOS apps with their backend, built as one system. Field sales, delivery and customer apps, designed to work on modest phones and unreliable connections.
Sites and portals where customers or dealers order, check status and pull documents themselves rather than telephoning your staff.
Connecting Tally or your accounting software to operations, marketplaces, payment gateways and GST filing so figures are entered once.
For handicraft, textile and chikankari exporters — invoices, packing lists, certificates and bank submissions that must agree exactly or cost weeks.
We also offer SEO, generative engine optimisation, digital marketing, UI/UX design and continuing maintenance.
Before any estimate, we want to see how the work is done now — the register, the spreadsheet, the arrangement someone invented years ago that the whole operation now depends on. Two or three sessions, unpaid.
A written breakdown in plain language of what will be built, in what order and at what cost, with assumptions and exclusions stated. If any part of it is unclear to you, that is our failure to explain, not yours to understand.
Working software every two weeks, beginning with whatever hurts most. Using something real changes what people ask for, and changing direction early costs far less than changing it late.
A demonstration each increment and agreement on the next. Changes are priced openly rather than absorbed until the schedule quietly slips.
Deployment, migration of existing records and training for the people who will use it daily — in Hindi where that is what they work in. Migrating years of spreadsheet data is usually the hardest part and we plan for it explicitly.
A maintenance retainer or a documented handover to your own team, without the handover being priced to discourage it.
A shared WhatsApp, Slack or Teams channel with the developers on it — whichever you already use — rather than a ticketing portal. Weekly written summaries whether the news is good or not. Same time zone, same working day, so nothing waits overnight for an answer.
Businesses running multiple product lines and godowns where recorded stock and actual stock diverge quietly until someone counts.
Exporters coordinating artisans, production batches, buyer specifications and the documentation that must be exact.
Schools, colleges and coaching institutes handling admissions, attendance, assessment and fee collection across disconnected systems.
Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres joining up patient records, appointments, billing and report delivery.
Legal, accounting and consulting practices needing matter tracking, document management and billing that reflects work actually done.
Project tracking, contractor billing, material procurement and customer payment schedules across multiple sites.
A pattern worth naming, because it is the most common reason Lucknow businesses commission software at all. A firm that has traded successfully within Uttar Pradesh for years decides to sell nationally — through marketplaces, a direct website, or dealers in other states. The commercial logic is sound. What breaks is everything operational, because processes that work when the owner personally knows every customer stop working the moment orders arrive from strangers at volume.
The specific failures are predictable. Stock is committed twice because two channels do not share a position. Dispatch to another state requires documentation the business has never produced before. Returns, which were previously a conversation, become a process nobody designed. And customer questions that were once answered by the owner's memory now need a system to answer them, because there are too many to remember.
The useful lesson is that expanding reach is an operations project before it is a marketing one. We would rather build the order and stock foundation first, even though it is less exciting than the customer-facing website, because a business that cannot fulfil reliably will be punished by exactly the channels it just joined.
If this is your first software project, these six questions are the most useful protection you have. Ask them of us and of everyone else.
If you need someone physically present in your office every day, hire locally — our model will frustrate you. If you need a very large team quickly, a bigger firm suits better. And if what you actually need is an off-the-shelf product configured properly, we will tell you so, because building custom software for a problem that is already solved is a waste of your money.
We quote per project rather than publishing a rate card. Estimates state assumptions and exclusions so you can compare them fairly against anything else you are considering.
Start with a conversation, not a document. Describe what is not working — the reconciliation that takes a week, the stock figure nobody trusts, the customers who ring because they cannot check status themselves. No. We are a remote-first team, though we are a Uttar Pradesh registered business (UDYAM-UP-30-0056246). We work Indian business hours and travel for meetings where being in the room genuinely matters. If you require a partner with a local office, we are not the right fit and it is better to establish that now.
With the problem, not the solution. You do not need a requirements document, a technology preference or a budget figure to have the first conversation — those come out of the conversation rather than into it. Describe what takes too long, what gets lost, or what customers complain about. If it turns out software is not the right answer, we will say so; that happens often enough to be worth mentioning.
Yes, and for systems used by field staff, warehouse teams or shop-floor workers it usually should be. This is worth deciding at the start rather than adding later — retrofitting a second language touches layout, text handling and every error message, and costs considerably more after the fact. Your own team should review the wording, because they know the terms your business actually uses.
It varies too widely for a single useful figure, and any firm quoting one before understanding your business is guessing. What matters as much as the number is what it covers — testing, training, data migration and support are commonly excluded from cheaper quotes. Our estimates list assumptions and exclusions so you can compare fairly.
You do, completely, and it is written into the contract — source code, deployment configuration and documentation. Wherever possible we deploy into your own cloud account so the infrastructure is yours too. If a supplier is unwilling to put code ownership in writing, that is a serious warning sign regardless of who they are.
This decides whether the project succeeds and it is a design problem rather than a training one. Systems fail when recording something correctly takes longer than the old method did. We design for phones rather than desktops where that fits how people work, support Hindi where it helps, keep screens simple, and watch actual staff use the system before launch rather than assuming.
Almost certainly not, and we would advise against it. The usual arrangement is that Tally remains the accounting system of record while the new system handles operations, with data moving between them so nothing is typed twice. Replacing working accounting software is expensive, disruptive and rarely necessary.
You will — a system nobody wants to change is usually a system nobody uses. You can keep us on a retainer, return for specific work, or hand over to your own team with documentation. All three are normal, and we do not price the handover option punitively to keep you tied in.
Yes, routinely, usually before any detailed discussion. If your designs, buyer relationships or commercial terms are sensitive, say so at the outset and we will complete the paperwork first.
Call +91 91082 92463 or email atisolve@gmail.com and describe the problem in whatever words you have. We will propose a discovery conversation, free and with no obligation. If we are not the right partner for the work, we will tell you, and point you elsewhere where we can.
Whether it’s an app, website, or platform—your idea deserves expert execution. Let us help you build it from the ground up with clarity, care, and speed.
