Software Development Company in Gurugram

Atisolve builds custom software, mobile applications and web platforms for businesses in Gurugram. We work remotely on Indian business hours, which means direct contact with the developers on your project rather than a relationship conducted through account management.

This page covers what we build, how a remote engagement runs, and what to check about any development partner before money changes hands. Contact details are at the end.

Two Completely Different Buyers in One City

Gurugram contains two kinds of software buyer whose needs barely overlap, and a development firm that treats them the same will disappoint both.

The first is the corporate one — a business unit inside a large company or a global capability centre, with a defined budget, a procurement process, a security review, and a technology function that owns the platform anything new will sit on. Here the constraint is rarely capability. It is that four separate people must agree, the security questionnaire runs to sixty questions, and the system has to fit standards decided elsewhere. Projects fail by stalling rather than by being built badly.

The second is the startup — funded or bootstrapped, deciding fast, with a runway that makes six-month timelines irrelevant. Here the constraint is time and the risk is building the wrong thing well. What matters is getting something real in front of users quickly enough to learn from it, and being honest that the first version will be substantially wrong.

We work with both, and we plan them differently. Corporate engagements need the approval chain mapped in week one rather than discovered in month four. Startup engagements need scope cut aggressively so a usable version exists early. Applying either approach to the other produces the familiar failure: a startup buried in documentation, or a corporate project that skipped a review it cannot skip.

What We Build

Custom Business Software

Internal platforms built around your actual workflow — approvals, case handling, onboarding, reconciliation — with the access controls the environment requires.

Product MVPs

A first version narrow enough to ship quickly and solid enough to build on, for founders who need something real in front of users rather than a prototype that has to be thrown away.

Customer and Partner Portals

Platforms where clients, vendors or partners transact, upload documents and track requests, reducing the email volume your team absorbs.

Mobile Applications

Android and iOS apps with the backend they depend on, built as one system rather than assembled from separate suppliers.

System Integration

Joining CRM, ERP, payment gateways, HR systems and data warehouses so information is captured once and agrees across systems.

Process Automation

Removing the repetitive manual steps between systems — the reconciliations, re-entries and status chasing that consume staff time without producing anything.

We also provide SEO, generative engine optimisation, digital marketing, UI/UX design and ongoing maintenance.

How a Remote Engagement Actually Works

1
Discovery

Conversations about the problem, and — for corporate work — about who has to approve what. Mapping the decision chain early is the single most useful thing we can do on an enterprise project. Two or three sessions, unpaid.

2
Scope and Estimate

A written breakdown of what gets built, sequenced and priced, with assumptions and exclusions stated. Security and compliance requirements are itemised separately so you can see what they cost.

3
Build in Increments

Working software every two weeks. The first version is deliberately narrow, because real use reshapes requirements far more reliably than a specification document does.

4
Review and Adjust

A demonstration each increment and agreement on the next. Changes are priced and scheduled openly rather than absorbed until the deadline moves without explanation.

5
Launch

Deployment, data migration, training and close monitoring. For corporate work this includes whatever change management and security sign-off your organisation requires.

6
Support

A maintenance retainer or a documented handover to your own team. We do not make the handover option deliberately unattractive.

Communication and Working Hours

A shared Slack, Teams or WhatsApp channel with the developers on it rather than a ticket queue, and written weekly summaries whether the news is good or not. Same time zone as you, so nothing waits overnight. Where your organisation reports into a parent company abroad, we can shift some overlap to suit, though we will say honestly how much of that is sustainable rather than promising round-the-clock cover we cannot staff.

Industries We Work With in Gurugram

Technology and SaaS

Funded startups needing a first version before the next raise, and product companies needing an internal tool their core team cannot be spared for.

Financial Services and Fintech

Lending, insurance and payments firms needing onboarding, reconciliation and workflows that hold up to examination.

Consulting and Professional Services

Firms needing engagement tracking, utilisation reporting, document management and billing that reflects work actually done.

Retail and D2C

Brands running across a website, marketplaces and retail partners, where stock and order data live in several places and rarely agree.

Real Estate

Developers and brokerages tracking inventory, bookings, payment schedules and channel partner commissions across projects.

Logistics and Supply Chain

Operations tracking shipments, vendor performance and cost recovery across a distributed network.

Security Reviews and Procurement

If you are inside a large organisation, engaging any external development firm will involve a security assessment, and it is better to raise it in the first conversation than at contract stage. We will complete security questionnaires, work under your data handling rules, develop against anonymised data where production data cannot leave your environment, and deploy into infrastructure you control.

What we do not currently hold are formal certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. For some organisations that is a hard filter, and if it is one for yours we will not qualify. That is a genuine limitation rather than something to negotiate around, and we would rather you screen for it early than after we have both invested weeks.

The Tool Nobody Owns

A recurring situation in Gurugram's larger offices: a business team runs something important on a spreadsheet that one analyst built. It handles commissions, or capacity planning, or a reconciliation nobody else fully understands. It works. It is also fragile, undocumented, and its author has been promoted twice since writing it.

Central technology teams will not adopt it, reasonably — it is not on any approved platform and did not go through review. The business cannot get it onto the roadmap because it is too small to compete with strategic work. So it persists, quietly load-bearing, until the person who built it leaves and it becomes an incident.

This is exactly the kind of work an outside team is well suited to: small enough to be uninteresting internally, important enough that its failure is expensive. The thing worth getting right is not the build, which is usually straightforward, but agreeing at the outset who will own and support the result. A rebuilt tool that nobody owns is the same problem in better code.

What to Check Before Hiring Any Development Partner

  • Who owns the code? You, in the contract, with no conditions tied to continued payment.
  • Whose account is it hosted in? Yours, under your billing, or changing supplier means rebuilding.
  • How is your data handled during development? Ask specifically about access, storage and deletion. A vague answer is itself the answer.
  • Who will actually write it? Ask to meet them. Sales teams and delivery teams are frequently different people.
  • What happens when scope changes? It will. A firm claiming otherwise has misjudged the project or plans to argue later.
  • What does support cost afterwards? Settle the number before you depend on the system.

When We Are Not the Right Choice

If your procurement requires ISO 27001 or SOC 2, we do not hold them. If you need thirty developers starting next quarter, a large services firm is genuinely better structured for that. If you need people physically in your office daily, hire locally — Gurugram has no shortage. And if a configured off-the-shelf product would meet the requirement, we will say so rather than build around it.

Pricing and Engagement Models

  1. Fixed scope, fixed price. For genuinely settled requirements — a defined deliverable at an agreed price, changes quoted separately. Usually simplest for corporate procurement.
  2. Retained team. Agreed days per month against a backlog you prioritise. Suits startups and continuous product work where next quarter's requirements are honestly not known yet.
  3. Phased. Fixed-price discovery and first phase, then a real decision point before either side commits further.

We quote per project rather than publishing a rate card, because superficially similar scopes diverge sharply once integrations, security requirements and approval chains are accounted for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have an office in Gurugram?

No. We are a remote-first team serving clients across India and prefer to state that plainly rather than imply a local presence. We work Indian business hours and travel for meetings that genuinely need to happen in person. Given how many development firms have Gurugram offices, if a local presence is a firm requirement you have plenty of alternatives.

Can you pass our security review?

Often, and it depends on the criteria. We complete security questionnaires, work under your data handling rules, use anonymised data where production data cannot leave your environment, and deploy into infrastructure you control. What we do not hold are formal certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 — if your review requires those, we will not qualify, and it is better to establish that before either of us invests time.

We are a startup with a short runway. How fast can you ship?

Faster if you let us cut scope hard. The realistic route to something usable quickly is a deliberately narrow first version — one workflow done properly rather than five done partially. We will push back on features during scoping, not because they are bad ideas but because shipping something real and learning from it beats shipping everything late.

How much does custom software development cost in Gurugram?

The range here is unusually wide, which is exactly why a single figure would mislead. Security and compliance requirements in particular can add substantially. Our estimates itemise these separately so you can see what the regulatory portion costs and decide about it deliberately.

Who owns the code you write?

You do, in full, written into the contract — source, deployment configuration and documentation. Wherever possible we deploy into your own cloud account so the infrastructure is yours as well.

Can you work alongside our internal engineering team?

Yes, and it is a common arrangement, particularly in capability centres. Sometimes we take a self-contained module while your team handles the core platform; sometimes we supply specific expertise. Agreeing the boundary and the code review process up front matters more than any technical decision.

Our approvals take a long time. Does that affect the project?

It affects the timeline more than anything we control, and pretending otherwise helps nobody. We map the decision chain during discovery and build the schedule around it, including who signs off each increment. Projects stall in corporate settings far more often than they fail technically.

Can you integrate with our existing enterprise systems?

Usually, though it depends on what each system exposes and what your platform team permits. Modern systems with documented APIs are straightforward; older or heavily customised installations may need file exchanges or an intermediate layer. We establish what is genuinely available during discovery rather than assuming and finding out mid-build.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, routinely and usually before the first detailed conversation. If your product or data is sensitive, raise it at the outset and we will complete the paperwork before you share anything.

How do we start?

Call +91 91082 92463 or email atisolve@gmail.com with a description of the problem. We will propose a discovery conversation, free and without obligation. If we are not the right partner, we will tell you so directly.
