Atisolve builds custom software, mobile applications and web platforms for businesses in Ghaziabad. We are a Uttar Pradesh registered business (UDYAM-UP-30-0056246) working remotely on Indian business hours, so you deal directly with the developers on your project.
This page covers what we build, how a remote engagement works, and what to check about any development partner before committing budget. Contact details are at the end.
Ghaziabad's commercial base is industrial and mercantile — manufacturing across the Sahibabad and Loni belts, distribution, logistics moving goods into and out of Delhi, and a large number of owner-run businesses employing tens rather than thousands of people. These firms have real operational problems and real budgets. What they do not have is a procurement department, an IT team or the appetite for a system that requires either.
The mismatch we see repeatedly is enterprise software sold downmarket. An ERP designed for a company with a dedicated systems team gets sold to a business with forty employees, and it fails — not because the software is bad but because it assumes a support structure that does not exist. Someone has to configure it, maintain the master data, train new staff and decide what happens when it behaves unexpectedly. In a business this size, that someone is usually the owner, who has a company to run.
The right system for an SME is therefore smaller than the one that gets pitched. It should do fewer things and require almost no administration. It should be operable by whoever is at the desk that day rather than by a trained user. And it should fail gracefully — if something breaks at 6pm, work must be able to continue on paper and be reconciled the next morning, because a business of this size cannot stop while waiting for support.
Building deliberately less is harder than building more, and it is unglamorous. It is also, in our experience, the difference between a system that is still in daily use after two years and one quietly abandoned within six months.
Purchases, stock across godowns, dispatch, returns and reconciliation — the operational spine for distribution and trading businesses.
Job cards, batch records, quality checks and dispatch for manufacturing units, designed for entry on a shop floor rather than at a desk.
Internal systems built around how the business actually works — approvals, scheduling, documentation and reporting that reflects reality.
Android and iOS apps with their backend, built as one system. Field sales, delivery tracking and dealer ordering, designed for modest phones and patchy connections.
Connecting Tally or your accounting software to operations, e-way bills, GST filing, marketplaces and logistics partners so nothing is typed twice.
Web platforms where dealers place orders and check dispatch status themselves, removing the phone calls that currently occupy your staff.
We also offer SEO, generative engine optimisation, digital marketing, UI/UX design and ongoing maintenance.
Before any estimate, we want to see how work is done now — the register, the godown, the dispatch process. For manufacturing and distribution this means visiting. Unpaid.
A written breakdown in plain language of what gets built, in what order, at what cost, with assumptions and exclusions listed rather than left to be discovered later.
Working software every two weeks, starting with the most painful area. Real use changes what people ask for, and early changes cost a fraction of late ones.
A demonstration each increment, priorities for the next agreed from what you have just seen. Changes priced openly rather than absorbed until the schedule slips.
Deployment, migration of existing records and training in the language your staff work in. Migrating years of handwritten or spreadsheet records is usually the hardest part and we plan for it explicitly.
A maintenance retainer or a documented handover. For a business without an IT team, we would usually recommend the retainer and we will tell you what it costs before you commit.
A shared WhatsApp group with the developers in it, if that is what you already use — we do not insist on project management tools that add a step for you. Weekly written summaries whether the news is good or not, and same-day answers because we work the same hours you do.
Engineering, plastics, packaging and light manufacturing units tracking production, quality and dispatch without a dedicated systems team.
Businesses running multiple product lines and godowns where stock records and reality diverge until someone counts.
Fleet, warehousing and last-mile operations where dispatch is planned on a whiteboard and tracked by phone.
Multi-outlet retailers needing stock visibility, transfers between stores and sales reporting that is available before month end.
Clinics, diagnostic centres and small hospitals joining up patient records, billing and report delivery.
Schools and coaching institutes handling admissions, attendance, assessment and fee collection.
For a manufacturing or distribution business, a meaningful share of software work is not discretionary improvement — it is keeping up with statutory requirements. E-way bills for goods in transit, e-invoicing thresholds that shift downward and eventually capture businesses previously exempt, GST return formats that change, and customers who increasingly require documentation in their own prescribed format as a condition of supply.
These projects behave differently from ordinary ones. The deadline is set by somebody else and does not move. The specification is published rather than negotiated. And the cost of being late is not inconvenience but disrupted dispatch or blocked payment. What such work needs is a narrow, reliable implementation delivered on time — not an ambitious system that treats the statutory requirement as an opportunity to redesign everything.
Our advice is consistently to separate the two. Meet the obligation with the smallest change that genuinely satisfies it, confirm it works in production, and only then consider whether the surrounding process is worth improving. Businesses that bundle a compliance deadline into a larger transformation programme frequently achieve neither, and the deadline is the half that carries a penalty.
We do not do industrial control — PLC, SCADA or anything actuating machinery. That is a specialist discipline with its own safety obligations. We also are not the right answer if you need daily physical presence, or if a properly configured off-the-shelf product would serve you at a quarter of the cost. We will tell you when we think that is the case.
We quote per project rather than publishing rates. Estimates state assumptions and exclusions so a comparison against another quote compares like with like.
Begin with a conversation. Describe what is not working — the stock figure nobody trusts, the dispatch nobody can trace, the month-end that takes a week. No. We are remote-first, though we are registered in Uttar Pradesh (UDYAM-UP-30-0056246). We work Indian business hours and we do travel — for manufacturing and distribution projects, seeing the operation is part of the engagement rather than optional. If a permanent local office is a firm requirement, we are not the right fit.
Sometimes, and sometimes not, and the honest answer depends on what the current process costs you. If two people spend three days a month reconciling figures that a system would reconcile continuously, the arithmetic usually works. If your problem is that an off-the-shelf product is badly configured, fixing the configuration is far cheaper than replacing it. We will tell you which situation you are in, including when the answer means we do not get the work.
This has to be answered before you build, not after. Practically it means designing the system to need almost no administration, and putting a support retainer in place so there is a defined person to contact when something goes wrong. What does not work is assuming the owner or a willing employee will absorb it — that arrangement holds until the day they are busy, and then the system quietly stops being trusted.
Yes, and for warehouse, shop-floor and field staff it usually should. Decide this at the start rather than adding it later, since retrofitting a second language touches layout and every message in the system. Your own staff should review the wording — they know the terms your business actually uses better than any translator will.
No, and we would advise against it. Tally normally stays as the accounting system of record while the new system handles operations, with data moving between them so figures are entered once. Replacing working accounting software is disruptive and rarely necessary.
Too variable for a meaningful single figure. What matters as much as the number is what it includes — training, data migration and support are frequently left out of cheaper quotes and you will need all three. Our estimates list assumptions and exclusions so you can compare fairly against anything else.
You do, in full, written into the contract — source, deployment configuration and documentation. Wherever possible we deploy into your own cloud account so the infrastructure is yours too. A supplier unwilling to put this in writing is telling you something important.
We agree this before launch rather than during the first incident: who is contactable, how quickly, and what the paper fallback is so loading does not stop. Any operational system needs a documented way to keep working temporarily and reconcile afterwards. A partner who has not considered that has not built for a working business.
Yes, routinely, usually before the first detailed conversation. If your customer relationships or pricing are sensitive, say so at the outset.
Call +91 91082 92463 or email atisolve@gmail.com describing the problem in whatever words you have. We will suggest a discovery conversation and, where relevant, a site visit — both free and without obligation. If we are not the right partner, we will say so.
