Atisolve builds custom software, mobile applications and web platforms for businesses in Delhi. We work remotely on Indian business hours, so you deal with the people writing your code rather than with an account manager forwarding your questions to a team you never meet.
What follows covers what we build, how a remote engagement runs in practice, and the questions worth asking any development firm before you commit money to one. If reading is not your preference, the phone number is at the bottom.
Delhi's commercial base is dominated by trading, distribution, exports and services — much of it built by families over decades, and much of it still run on processes designed when the business was a fraction of its current size. That combination produces a very particular kind of software need, and it is not the one that development agencies are usually set up to serve.
The typical situation looks like this. The business works. Revenue is growing. But the order book lives in a spreadsheet that three people edit, the stock position is known accurately only to one employee, and the monthly closing takes a week of reconciliation because four systems disagree. Nobody has time to fix it, because fixing it means stopping, and stopping is not an option when orders keep arriving.
This is not a technology problem in origin. It is an operations problem that has become a technology problem, and it demands a partner who will spend time understanding the operation before proposing a system. A firm that arrives with a demo and a licence fee has skipped the only step that matters.
It also means the honest answer is sometimes that you do not need custom software at all — that a properly configured off-the-shelf product would serve you better and cost a quarter as much. We say so when it is true. We would rather lose a project than build something you will resent paying for.
The operational spine for trading and distribution businesses: purchase orders, stock across multiple godowns, dispatch, returns and the reporting that tells you what is actually selling rather than what you assume is.
Internal systems shaped around your process instead of forcing your process into someone else's product. Approvals, scheduling, documentation, compliance workflows — the operational work that spreadsheets stop supporting past a certain size.
Android and iOS apps together with the backend they depend on. Field sales, delivery tracking, dealer ordering and customer-facing apps, built as one system rather than assembled from separate vendors.
Web platforms where distributors, dealers or customers place orders, check status and pull statements themselves — removing the phone calls that currently consume your team's day.
Connecting Tally or your ERP to your website, marketplace accounts, payment gateway, logistics partners and GST filings, so the same figure stops being entered by hand in five places.
Systems for businesses shipping abroad, where invoices, packing lists, certificates and bank submissions must agree exactly and a mismatch costs weeks.
We also provide SEO, generative engine optimisation, digital marketing, UI/UX design and ongoing maintenance. Most Delhi clients begin with one operational problem and expand the relationship once they have seen how we handle it.
Remote development makes some business owners nervous, and the concern is reasonable if your reference point is an offshore arrangement run across incompatible time zones. This is a different arrangement. We are in your time zone, we answer during your working day, and you speak to developers rather than to a layer of account management placed between you and the work.
Before anyone estimates anything, we want to see how the work is done now — the actual spreadsheet, the actual register, the workaround someone invented three years ago that everyone now depends on. Usually two or three sessions, and we do not charge for them.
A written breakdown of what gets built, in what order, at what price, with the assumptions spelled out. Where we are uncertain we say so and explain what would settle it, rather than quietly inflating the figure to cover ourselves.
Working software every two weeks, starting with the part that hurts most. Getting something real in front of users early changes what they ask for, and changing direction in week three costs a fraction of what it costs in month five.
A demonstration at the end of each increment and an agreement on what comes next. Requirements change during every project worth doing; we price and schedule those changes openly rather than absorbing them until the deadline quietly moves.
Deployment, migration of existing data, and training for the people who will use it daily. Data migration from long-running spreadsheets is routinely the hardest part of these projects and we plan for it explicitly rather than discovering it at the end.
A maintenance retainer, or a documented handover to your own team. We do not make the handover option deliberately painful in order to keep you subscribed.
You get a shared WhatsApp, Slack or Teams channel with the developers in it. Not a ticketing portal, not a weekly call with a coordinator. Written summaries go out every week regardless of whether the news is good, because a supplier who only makes contact when things are going well trains you to fear silence.
For Delhi businesses the practical benefit of a same-time-zone team is simply that decisions do not wait overnight. When a question comes up at noon it is resolved at noon. Where a face-to-face meeting genuinely matters — a kickoff, a difficult conversation, a session with stakeholders who will not engage over video — we travel.
Distribution businesses running multiple product lines and godowns, where the difference between recorded and actual stock is discovered monthly and painfully.
Garments, handicrafts, leather and engineering goods, where documentation accuracy and buyer communication decide whether a shipment clears on schedule.
Legal, accounting, consulting and architecture practices needing matter tracking, time capture, document management and billing that reflects the work actually done.
Clinics, diagnostic chains and multi-location practices joining up patient records, appointments and report delivery, with the confidentiality obligations that entails.
Schools, coaching institutes and training businesses handling admissions, attendance, assessment and fee collection across systems that were never designed to interoperate.
Project tracking, contractor billing, material procurement and customer payment schedules for developers running several sites simultaneously.
Ask these of us and of everyone else you shortlist. They are awkward questions, which is exactly why they are informative — the reaction tells you as much as the answer.
If you need a large team mobilised within weeks, a bigger services firm is genuinely better equipped. If you need someone sitting in your office every day, hire locally — our model will frustrate you. If the deciding factor is the lowest quote, you will find lower, and we would rather you go there with clear eyes than discover the difference during a rebuild.
We fit best when the problem genuinely matters to the business, the scope is substantial but not enormous, and you want direct contact with the people building it.
We quote per project rather than publishing a rate card, because identical-sounding scopes differ enormously once integration complexity, data quality and the number of people who must approve things are accounted for. The estimate we give you shows its assumptions, so you can see which ones carry the weight.
Start with a conversation rather than a requirements document. Describe what is not working — the reconciliation that eats a week, the stock figure nobody trusts, the customers who call because they cannot check status themselves. We will tell you honestly whether custom software is the right answer.

No. We are a remote-first team serving clients across India, and we would rather state that plainly than imply a local presence we do not have. We work Indian business hours and travel for meetings where physical presence genuinely matters. If a partner with a Delhi office is a firm requirement, we are not the right choice and it is better to establish that now.
Yes, and it is one of the most common requests we get from Delhi businesses. The usual pattern is that Tally remains the accounting system of record while the new system handles operations, with data flowing between them so figures are entered once. What is achievable depends on your Tally version and setup, so we check that during discovery rather than promising in advance.
Too variable for a meaningful single number, and any firm quoting one before understanding your operation is guessing. A focused inventory tool and a multi-location platform with payment integration are different propositions entirely. What we commit to is a written estimate showing its assumptions, so you can interrogate the reasoning rather than just the total.
You do, completely, and the contract says so — source code, deployment configuration and documentation included. Wherever possible we deploy into your own cloud account so the infrastructure is yours as well. You should always be able to hand everything to another team and have them continue.
This is the right question to ask, and it is a design problem rather than a training problem. Systems fail at adoption when they demand more work from the people entering data than the old method did. We design around the actual users — including staff who will use it on a phone, in Hindi, while doing something else — and we watch real people use it before launch rather than after.
Yes. Sometimes we take a defined module while your developer maintains the rest; sometimes we supply expertise that is not available in-house. The important thing is agreeing the boundary and the review process up front, because uncertainty about who owns which part causes more trouble than any technical disagreement.
You will want them — a system generating no change requests is usually one nobody uses. You can keep us on a retainer, return for specific pieces of work, or hand over to your own team with documentation. All three are normal and we do not price the handover punitively to discourage it.
Yes, as a matter of routine, usually before the first detailed discussion. If your data or your commercial arrangements are sensitive, say so at the start and we will complete the paperwork before you tell us anything you would rather keep private.
Mainly JavaScript and TypeScript throughout — React and Next.js at the front, Node.js behind — with MongoDB or PostgreSQL for data and AWS for hosting. React Native for mobile, or native where the application requires it. The technology should follow the problem, though: if your own team will maintain the result and works in something else, building in our preferred stack would be a poor decision.
Call +91 91082 92463 or email atisolve@gmail.com with a description of the problem — a paragraph is enough. We will propose a discovery conversation, which is free and carries no obligation. If it emerges that we are not the right partner, we will say so, and point you elsewhere where we can.
