Atisolve builds custom software, mobile applications and web platforms for businesses in Chandigarh and across the tricity. We work remotely on Indian business hours, so you deal with the developers building your system rather than with an account manager relaying messages.
This page covers what we build, how a remote engagement runs, and what to establish about any development partner before committing budget. Contact details are at the bottom.
Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula function as a single economy and belong to three different jurisdictions — a union territory and two states. For residents that is a curiosity. For a business operating across all three it is an operational fact that quietly shapes what software has to handle.
A firm with a warehouse in Mohali, an office in Chandigarh and a unit in Panchkula is dealing with different state registrations, different local compliance, and interstate movement between locations that are twenty minutes apart. Stock transferred across town may need documentation that stock moved across a city would not. Payroll and statutory obligations differ by location for people doing the same job.
Off-the-shelf systems generally model a company as one entity in one state, with branches as an afterthought. That works until a transfer between your own locations needs to generate paperwork, or a report has to be produced per registration rather than per company. Businesses then maintain the difference in a spreadsheet, which is precisely where errors accumulate unnoticed.
It is not complicated to build for once it is known — but it has to be known at design time. We ask early where your locations actually are and under which registrations they operate, because retrofitting multi-entity handling into a system that assumed one is expensive.
Internal systems built around how the business actually works — approvals, scheduling, documentation, compliance workflows and the reporting layered on top.
Stock, transfers and reporting across sites in different states, with the documentation each movement genuinely requires rather than a single company-wide view.
Platforms where customers, dealers or partners place orders, check status and pull statements themselves instead of telephoning your team.
Android and iOS apps with the backend they depend on, built as one system — field service, sales and delivery tracking.
Admissions, attendance, assessment, fee collection and parent communication for institutions and training businesses.
Connecting Tally or your ERP to operations, e-way bills, GST filing and logistics partners so a figure is entered once and agrees everywhere.
We also offer SEO, generative engine optimisation, digital marketing, UI/UX design and continuing maintenance.
Conversations about the problem and the structure around it — including how many entities and registrations are actually involved, which is frequently more than people first say. Two or three sessions, unpaid.
A written breakdown of what gets built, sequenced and priced, with assumptions and exclusions stated rather than left to be discovered later.
Working software every two weeks, starting with the most painful area. Real use reshapes requirements far more reliably than a specification review.
A demonstration each increment and agreement on what comes next. Changes are priced and scheduled openly rather than absorbed until the deadline quietly moves.
Deployment, data migration, training and a period of close monitoring, because live users encounter what testing does not.
A maintenance retainer or a documented handover to your own team, without the handover being priced punitively.
A shared Slack, Teams or WhatsApp channel with the developers on it rather than a ticket queue, and written weekly summaries whether the news is good or not. Same time zone, so questions raised in the morning are resolved the same day rather than the next.
Universities, colleges, schools and coaching institutes handling admissions, attendance, assessment, fees and parent communication across disconnected systems.
Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic chains joining up patient records, appointments, billing and report delivery across locations.
Product companies in and around Mohali needing a first version built quickly, or an internal tool their core engineering team cannot be spared for.
Units across the tricity industrial areas tracking production, quality and dispatch, usually integrating with accounting already in place.
Legal, accounting and consulting practices needing matter tracking, document management and billing that reflects work actually done.
Multi-outlet retailers and hospitality businesses needing stock visibility, transfers between locations and reporting before month end.
A large share of the tricity economy is institutional — government bodies, universities, hospitals and public sector organisations. Software projects in that setting differ from commercial ones in ways worth being honest about.
Decisions take longer and involve more people, which is not obstruction but process. Requirements often arrive as a formal document rather than a conversation, and that document may have been written some time ago by someone no longer involved. Procurement may require a tender response, formal certifications, or a vendor track record with similar bodies. And the eventual users are frequently not the people who specified the system.
We can work within that, but there are limits worth stating early. We do not currently hold formal certifications such as ISO 27001, so if your procurement filters on that we will not qualify and it is better established at the outset than after a proposal. Where a tender requires a specific number of comparable engagements, we may not meet it. We would rather tell you that in the first conversation than spend three weeks on a submission that was never eligible.
Education is a larger share of the tricity economy than of most Indian cities, and institutional software has a rhythm that commercial software does not. Almost nothing happens evenly through the year. Admissions compress months of work into weeks. Examinations and results arrive on fixed dates that cannot move. Fee collection clusters around term boundaries. For most of the year the system is quiet, and then for a fortnight it carries the entire institution.
That has two consequences worth planning for. The first is capacity: a portal that handles ordinary traffic comfortably may fall over on results day, when every student and half their parents arrive within an hour. That is an architecture decision made at build time, not a setting adjusted afterwards. The second is scheduling: there is no good time to launch an admissions system three weeks before admissions open, and we would rather agree a slower timeline that lands in a quiet period than hit a date and spend the busiest fortnight firefighting.
It also changes what support means. An institution needs someone reachable during results week considerably more than it needs the same cover in December, and there is no reason to pay identically for both.
If your procurement requires formal security certifications, we do not currently hold them. If you need a large team mobilised within weeks, a bigger services firm is better structured for that. If you need daily physical presence, hire locally. And if a configured off-the-shelf product would serve you at a fraction of the cost, we will point you there.
We quote per project rather than publishing a rate card, because two engagements of similar size can differ enormously once the number of entities, approval stages and integrations is accounted for. Estimates state their assumptions and exclusions so you can compare them fairly against anything else on your desk.

No. We are a remote-first team serving clients across India and would rather say so plainly than imply a local presence. We work Indian business hours and travel where a meeting genuinely needs to happen in person. If a partner with a tricity office is a firm requirement, we are not the right fit.
It adds specific requirements rather than general difficulty, and they need deciding at design time. Different registrations mean transfers between your own locations may generate documentation, and reporting often has to be produced per registration rather than per company. Building this in from the start is straightforward; adding it to a system that assumed a single entity is expensive.
Sometimes, and it depends on the eligibility criteria. We do not currently hold certifications such as ISO 27001, and some tenders require a specific number of comparable engagements with public bodies. Send us the eligibility section first and we will tell you honestly whether we qualify rather than spending your time and ours on an ineligible submission.
There is no useful single figure, and any firm quoting one before understanding your requirements is guessing. Our estimates itemise assumptions and exclusions so you can see what is driving the number and compare it honestly against other quotes.
You do, in full, written into the contract — source code, deployment configuration and documentation. Wherever possible we deploy into your own cloud account so the infrastructure is yours as well.
Yes, and in institutional settings it is common. Sometimes we build a defined module while your team runs the rest; sometimes we supply expertise not held internally. Agreeing the boundary and review process at the start matters more than any technical decision.
It is worth revisiting rather than building from directly. Requirements documents of that age usually describe a situation that has moved on, and frequently reflect what one person thought at the time rather than what the eventual users need. We would suggest a short discovery to check it against current reality before anyone commits to building from it.
They usually do, particularly where several stakeholders are involved. We price and schedule changes openly rather than absorbing them until the timeline moves without explanation. Phased engagements handle this more comfortably than fixed-scope ones.
Yes, routinely and usually before the first detailed conversation. If your data or commercial arrangements are sensitive, raise it at the outset and we will complete the paperwork first.
Call +91 91082 92463 or email atisolve@gmail.com with a description of the problem. We will propose a free discovery conversation with no obligation, and if we are not the right partner — which with some institutional procurement is genuinely the case — we will say so.
Whether it’s an app, website, or platform—your idea deserves expert execution. Let us help you build it from the ground up with clarity, care, and speed.
