Atisolve builds custom software, mobile applications and web platforms for businesses in Ahmedabad. We work remotely on Indian business hours, which means direct contact with the developers on your project rather than a relationship conducted through an account manager.
This page covers what we build, how a remote engagement runs in practice, and what to establish about any development firm before money changes hands. Contact details are at the bottom.
Ahmedabad's business culture is famously careful with money, and in our experience that reputation is deserved and entirely reasonable. Firms here — textiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, engineering, and the trading houses around them — tend to have been built by people who watched every rupee on the way up and see no reason to stop now.
That produces a specific kind of conversation. The question is rarely "what can this software do?" It is "what does this save me, and how soon?" Development firms often handle that badly, either by inflating the benefit into something unmeasurable or by dropping the price to win the work and quietly removing the parts of the build nobody can see in a demo.
We would rather do the arithmetic with you honestly. If two people spend three days a month reconciling stock across godowns, that is a number. If dispatch errors cost you a certain amount in returns each quarter, that is a number too. Sometimes the arithmetic supports the project clearly. Sometimes it says the problem is worth a fraction of what custom software costs, and a properly configured off-the-shelf product would serve you better — in which case we will say so and lose the work.
What we will not do is win on a low quote and recover the margin later through change requests. Our estimates state what is excluded as well as what is included, so you can compare them honestly against anything else on your desk.
Purchases, stock across multiple godowns, dispatch, returns and reconciliation — the operational spine for trading and distribution businesses running several product lines.
Batch records, quality checks, machine-wise output and dispatch for textile, chemical and engineering units, designed for entry on a factory floor rather than at a desk.
Invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and bank submissions that must agree exactly. A mismatch on an export document costs weeks, and this is among the highest-return work we do.
Platforms where dealers place orders, check dispatch status and pull statements themselves, removing the phone traffic that currently occupies your staff.
Connecting Tally or your ERP to operations, e-way bills, GST filing, marketplaces and logistics partners so a figure is entered once and agrees everywhere.
Android and iOS apps with the backend they run on, built as one system. Field sales, delivery and dealer ordering, designed for modest phones and patchy connections.
We also provide SEO, generative engine optimisation, digital marketing, UI/UX design and ongoing maintenance.
Before any estimate exists, we want to see how the work is done now — the register, the godown, the dispatch process, the workaround someone devised years ago that everything now depends on. Unpaid.
What the current process costs in time and error, and what the software would have to save to be worth building. If the numbers do not support it, we will tell you at this stage rather than after you have paid.
A written breakdown of what gets built, in what order and at what price, with assumptions and exclusions listed rather than left to be discovered later.
Working software every two weeks, starting with the most painful area. Real use reshapes requirements far more reliably than a specification review does.
Deployment, migration of existing records and training in the language your staff work in. Migrating years of spreadsheet data is routinely the hardest part and we plan for it explicitly.
A maintenance retainer or a documented handover to your own team. We do not price the handover punitively to keep you tied in.
A shared WhatsApp, Slack or Teams channel with the developers on it — whichever you already use — rather than a ticketing portal that adds a step for you. Weekly written summaries whether the news is good or not. Same time zone, so nothing waits overnight for an answer.
Mills, processors and garment units tracking production batches, quality, job work sent outside and dispatch against buyer schedules.
Batch records, hazardous material documentation and distributor management for firms whose paperwork must withstand inspection.
Field force reporting, distributor stock visibility and documentation workflows across multiple states.
Businesses running several product lines and godowns where recorded stock and actual stock diverge quietly until someone counts.
Production planning, dispatch and dealer networks for manufacturers in and around the industrial belts.
Broking, lending and advisory firms needing client onboarding, portfolio reporting and workflows that stand up to examination.
One pattern shows up across Ahmedabad's textile, chemical and engineering businesses more than anywhere else we work: a large share of production does not happen inside your own unit. Material goes out for processing, printing, plating, stitching or finishing, and comes back — sometimes to a different party, sometimes weeks later, usually with some loss that has to be accounted for.
Almost no off-the-shelf system models this well. They assume material is either in your stock or sold, whereas the reality is a third state: out with a job worker, still yours, partially converted, and owing you a reconciliation. Businesses cope by tracking it in a separate register that nobody else can see, which is exactly where discrepancies accumulate quietly until a stock count forces the issue.
Getting this right is usually worth more than any other single feature. It means a system that knows what is out, with whom, since when, what came back, what the wastage was against what was agreed, and what is still owed. That single view tends to surface losses people had assumed were unavoidable — and it is the reason we ask to see your job work register during discovery rather than taking the process description at face value.
Ask these of us and of everyone else you shortlist. The reaction tells you as much as the answer.
If the lowest quote decides it, you will find lower and you should take it with clear eyes. If you need thirty developers next quarter, a larger services firm is better structured for that. If you need someone in your office daily, hire locally. And if a configured off-the-shelf product would do the job at a quarter of the cost, we will point you there rather than build around it.
We quote per project rather than publishing a rate card, because superficially similar scopes diverge sharply once integrations, data quality and the number of people who must approve things are accounted for.
Begin with a conversation, not a specification. Describe what is not working — the reconciliation that eats a week, the stock figure nobody trusts, the export document that got rejected. No. We are a remote-first team serving clients across India and prefer to state that plainly rather than imply a local presence. We work Indian business hours and travel where a meeting genuinely needs to be in person — for manufacturing work, seeing the operation is part of the engagement. If a local office is a firm requirement, we are not the right fit.
By doing the arithmetic before committing. What does the current process cost in hours, errors and delayed decisions? What would the software realistically remove? We work through that with you during discovery, and if the numbers do not support the project we will say so. A partner unwilling to have that conversation is asking you to buy on faith.
Almost certainly not, and we would advise against it. The usual arrangement is that Tally stays as the accounting system of record while the new system handles operations, with data moving between them so figures are entered once. Replacing working accounting software is expensive, disruptive and rarely necessary.
Too variable for a meaningful single figure, and any firm quoting one before understanding your operation is guessing. What matters as much as the number is what it covers. Our estimates list assumptions and exclusions so you can compare them honestly against other quotes — which, in our experience, usually turn out to be quoting for different work.
You do, in full, and the contract says so — source code, deployment configuration and documentation. Wherever possible we deploy into your own cloud account so the infrastructure is yours as well. If a supplier will not put this in writing, that tells you something important.
Yes, and for warehouse, shop-floor and field staff it usually should. Decide this at the start rather than adding it later — retrofitting a second language touches layout, text handling and every error message, and costs considerably more after the fact. Your own team should review the wording, since they know the terms your business actually uses.
Usually, though the detail matters. Different buyers, banks and destination countries want different documents in different formats, and the value of a system is that it produces them from one set of data rather than from three people retyping. We map the actual documents you produce today during discovery rather than assuming a standard set.
They usually do. We price and schedule changes openly rather than absorbing them until the timeline moves without explanation. Be wary of a firm that accepts every change without adjusting cost or schedule — the adjustment is happening either way, you are just not being told.
Yes, routinely and usually before the first detailed conversation. If your buyer relationships, formulations or pricing are sensitive, raise it at the outset and we will complete the paperwork before you share anything.
Call +91 91082 92463 or email atisolve@gmail.com describing the problem in whatever words you have. We will propose a discovery conversation, free and without obligation. If we are not the right partner, we will say so and point you elsewhere where we can.
